Nataša Krstić

She has worked in domestic and foreign financial organizations as marketing and public relations director. She was a board member of the Serbian United Nations Global Compact Network.
She has been engaged as a consultant for UNICEF and on projects supported by the European Union, GIZ, OSCE / OSCE and the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Government of Serbia.
In 2015, she was awarded the title of 'Dip DigM' (Bachelor of Digital Marketing) by the respected British Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing (The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing, IDM).
In 2016, she also specialized in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) at the University of California, and holds Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Google Mobile, Google Digital Garage, SEM Rush SEO and Facebook Bluesteps certifications.

Dimitrios Buhalis

Head of Department of Tourism and Hospitality, Bournemouth University

Professor Dimitrios Buhalis is a Strategic Management and Marketing expert with specialisation in Information Communication Technology applications in the Tourism, Travel, Hospitality and Leisure industries. He is the Head of Department of Tourism and Hospitality, Director of the eTourism Lab and Deputy Director of the International Centre for Tourism and Hospitality Research, at Bournemouth University in England. In 2018 Bournemouth University was ranked 8th in the QS World University Rankings for Hospitality & Leisure Management. He is also the First Vice President of the International Academy for the Study of Tourism, an Executive Board Member of the United Nations World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO), Affiliate Members and the Editor in Chief of the most established Journal in Tourism: Tourism Review, now in its 73rd volume. Dimitrios is a Founding Member and past President (2010-2014) of the International Federation for Information Technologies in Travel and Tourism (IFITT). Professor Buhalis’ work is referenced widely, being the 3rd most cited for tourism and 1st most cited for hospitality on Google Scholar with more than 30000 citations and h-index 75.

Ksenija Lubarda

She is well known for her remarkable career in hospitality industry - with more than 15 years of sales and leadership experience. Prior to Radisson Collection Hotel, Old Mill Belgrade she held the role of progressive leadership in hotel Hyatt Regency Belgrade.
She joined Radisson Hotel Group in February 2014 as the first employee in development stage of Radisson Blu Old Mill Hotel, Belgrade, where she played a key role in establishing the new hotel on the market. In august 2018. she was in charge of hotel rebranding and introducing the Radisson Collection, new and exclusive brand of Radisson Hotel Group.
As director, Ksenija oversees overall coordination, functional management and leadership of sales and marketing initiatives for Radisson Collection Hotel, Old Mill Belgrade.
Ksenija is a prominent board member of Nordic Business Alliance, Belgrade and part of Effie Awards Jury.
She graduated in 2006 from European University, Faculty of International Management – Belgrade and in 2011 received a Ph.D. in International Management.

Đorđe Jevtić

Founder, Serbian-Bookers

Đorđe Jevtić is a founder of Online Booking Services software company, under which is Serbian-Bookers platform, which he opened with software company Montenegro Booking. Together they have more than 500 hotels, agencies, villas and private accommodations as clients. As he has spent his childhood and teenage years in Tivat, Montenegro, in family that considered tourism one of the main channels of income, he has grown to love doing business with tourists and other property owners and managers. Their company strives to develop reservation systems, booking channels and software for property and marketing management.

Linda Pereira

Linda Pereira is the senior partner and CEO of the L&I Communications Group. In addition to her long and respected career as one of the most influential voices in the Meeting Industry, she is also Executive Director of CPL Meetings & Events. Respected internationally as a speaker, writer and as an educator, she has been an invited speaker in over 143 cities and all continents. She has played an active role in many major events and bids for world events. She is also an invited lecturer at three different international Universities where she lectures strategic meetings management. Rob Davidson

Rob Davidson is the Managing Director of MICE Knowledge, a consultancy specialising in research, education and training services for the meetings and events industry. His main areas of expertise are conferences and incentive travel, and he has written seven books on these themes, including his latest publication, Business Events. He has carried out research projects for a number of major organisations including the Poland Convention Bureau, the Ireland National Tourism Development Authority, and the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence.

Sandro Carnicelli

Sandro has been developing research and working in the field of Events and Tourism in Brazil, New Zealand and Scotland for 10 years. Sandro has published articles in international journals including Annals of Tourism Research, Tourism Management, Leisure Studies, Annals of Leisure Research, Journal of Teaching in Travel & Tourism, and World Leisure. He is on the Executive Board (Treasurer) of the Leisure Studies Association, and of the Association of British Professional Conference Organisers (ABPCO). Sandro is also a member of the ABRATUR (International Academy for the Development of Tourism Research in Brazil). Sandro is on the Editorial Board of Tourism Management Perspectives, on the International Board of the journal Annals of Leisure Research and he is the Associate Editor of the Journal of Adventure Education and Outdoor Learning.

Vanja Pavluković

Associate professor, Department of Geography, Tourism and Hotel Management, Faculty of Sciences, University of Novi Sad

Her main research areas are business events, destination management and competitiveness. She has written two books on business events and tourism in Serbian language. Vanja has published over 70 articles in national and international journals including Tourism Management, Current Issues in Tourism, Journal of Travel Research, International Journal of Tourism Research, Asia Pacific Journal of Tourism Research, Journal of destination marketing & management, Geographica Pannonica, and has over 500 citations on Google Scholar.
She has experience in creating tourism study programmes and was also engaged as assessor by the Accreditation Body of Serbia (ATS). She actively cooperates with the various researchers and organizations in the field of tourism and has participated in several national and international projects related to tourism. She was also engaged as expert on IPA, INTERREG projects.
