Robert is Austrian citizen and grew up at the Woerthersee in Carinthia. With 5 years the hospitality started for him, having a family restaurant. Robert started his career as Chef Apprentice in Munich and Allgaeu, with final exam. After his exam Robert moved to front of house, working in London as Bar Manager and Bermuda Island as Head Wine Steward. In 2001 Robert started his Bachelor study at the Heidelberg Hotel Business School with final exam in 2003. Next to school Robert founded his own consulting company which was sold successfully, travelling then for one year thru Australia and Thailand.
In 2013 Robert started with Marriott in Munich which brought him in different Executive positions over Shanghai, Beijing, Copenhagen, Lisbon and Istanbul to Belgrade. Lazar Džamić is a lecturer in Digital Marketing at the Faculty for Media and Communications in Belgrade (FMK) and one of the foremost brand and marketing strategists in the region, with more than 20 years of strategic marketing experience in one of the most competitive markets in the world.
He is a former Head of Brand Planning in Google's creative think tank ZOO in London, where he created the strategy team and introduced to the industry two of the world's first Creative Data Scientists. His mission at Google was to 'turn light into heat': a vast amount of Google data into surprising and deep insights for creating great brand stories. Prior to Google, he also served as a Strategy Director in several London creative agencies and was one of the first digital strategists in the United Kingdom. He worked on campaigns and programmes for some of the UK's most loved brands such as Tesco, John Lewis, Waitrose, Virgin Holidays, Nando's etc.
After his return from London, Lazar is a much sought-after trainer for digital marketing transformation, working with some of the biggest local and regional clients such as Telenor, Mercator, Adidas, Erste Bank and others. He is also a member of the Serbian Prime Minister's Creative Council, advising on aspects of developing Serbia's creative sectors.

Country coordinator for Croatia, Interpret Europe
Manuela Hrvatin is today a certified interpreter of heritage (Interpreter of Cultural and Natural Heritage - INTERPRET EUROPE) and also Country coordinator for Croatia from 2019. She leads the Practice for Interpretation of Cultural Heritage on the Culture and Tourism studies at the University of Juraj Dobrila in Pula. She teaches at the postgraduate specialist study "Adapting to the European Union: Project Management and EU Fundraising Program" at the Faculty of Political Science of the University of Zagreb.
She gained experience in the Region of Istria as a coordinator of INTERREG projects of the Istrian County from 2002 to 2010, especially in INTERREG CBC (SLO - HR) program, during the first IE training programme in Croatia and by the trainer Iva Silla.
She was senior consultant for International Co-operation and EU Affairs from 2010 to 2013 and the leader and initiator of the Istra Inspirit project (cultural and experience tourism) from 2012 to 2016.
Since 2016, she has worked in the Istra Inspirit Association as a coordinator for the living history of the project KulTERRA - revitalization of the Istrian castles Morosini - Grimani and Petrapilosa. At the same time, since 2016, she has been working in the Vrsar Municipality as a consultant for EU projects and the project leader ENJOYHERITAGE (INTERREG V, slo - en) - a blend of cultural and natural heritage.
Manuela Hrvatin is from June 2019 the coordinator in the Istra Inspirit Association on the Heritage Mines (Rudnici baštine) project, which goal is to verify a new profession called Certified interpreter of the Region of Istria. The project is financed by the European Social Fund.

Jovana Kvržić is a master of pharmacy and travel blogger since 2018 when she launched the website www.jovaninzivotukoferu, which is visit by 100,000 people a year.
She has visited over 70 countries and, in addition to the website, she shares her experiences on the social media network Instagram, where she is followed by tens of thousands of travel fans. In 2020, she was named the best "Travel instagrammer" by Wannabe online magazine.
She also graduated from the "Molen creative academy", majoring in "Digital marketing and account management".
In addition to traveling, she also deals with education on the topic of social media networks and holds individual and group consultations as part of the author's project "Travel with Jovana".
